this one is for Ellie

Journaling on the brick wall right:

It is funny how sometimes something just grabs your attention. A recent a cartoon by Jeremy Nell showing Ellie releasing a bunch of Red Balloons, one by one into the summer sky, counting down to 99... only to discover at the end that he only had 98 balloons! Deflating, is the word that I would use to describe the feeling associated with something anti-climatic like this, something I feel all too often when I am excited about something. After I had had a chuckle, the cartoon reminded of the song, which I remember from when I was younger and it brought home to me just how much I (and the world) had changed since then. Today it is possible to stand in a unified Germany, that I too am older and more together (I think). With the song haunting my dreams, it was impossible not to do this layout... so Jeremy, this one is for Ellie!

Journaling on the left the Lyrics to 99 Red Balloons.

Becca every great dream begins with a dreamer

Layout: Becca every great dream begins with a dreamer
I really wanted to do a fantasy layout, and the moment Rebecca put on the fairy wings and ran into the garden yesterday, I knew I would get some photographs I could use, and this was one of them.
